The conference will be held with the presence of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Minister of Finance Ronnie Bar-On, Minister of Communications Ariel Atias, Head of the Opposition MK Benjamin Netanyahu, Prof. Stanley Fischer, and leaders of the international and Israeli business communities

The Globes Israel Business Conference 2007, Israel”s largest business conference, will be held this year on the issue of the global economy. The conference will be held on Sunday and Monday, 9-10 December 2007 at the David Intercontinental Hotel in Tel Aviv. Leaders of the international and Israeli business communities, academics and researchers, CEOs of great corporations, and media personalities will be coming especially to participate in this conference.

During the conference, which will be held on 9-10 December, participants will discuss topics that will affect the Israeli economy in the years ahead. Panel discussions will be held on the following topics, among others: predictions and global economic trends; banking; financial markets; high tech, telecommunications and the internet; various aspects of the Israeli economy; real estate; and leadership.

The Israel Business Conference is the largest business conference and most prestigious economic forum in Israel, and is a dominant factor in the direct dialogue between the Israeli business community and decision-makers and high-ranking guests from around the world. The Israel Business Conference is a key and influential event on the country”s public and economic agendas.

Keynote speakers during the conference will include Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Minister of Finance Ronnie Bar-On, Minister of Communications Ariel Atias, Head of the Opposition MK Benjamin Netanyahu, Governor of the Bank of Israel Prof. Stanley Fischer, and leaders of the international and Israeli business communities who will be coming to Israel specifically to participate in the discussions.
