The Israel Broadcasting Authority provides an Internet broadcast of news in English twice a day at 7AM and 7PM in Israel (0500 and 1700 UTC). The Internet version is available about 20 minutes after the live broadcast. TV news and other streaming audio are available from this page as well. There is a schedule of shortwave broadcasts too.
